Job Summary: As a Private Duty Live-In Caregiver with Extended Hands, you will play a vital role in providing continuous care and support to our clients who require 24/7 assistance. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, companionship, and ensuring a safe home environment. This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a dedication to improving the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients take them on time, following healthcare instructions.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and create a comfortable and engaging environment for the client.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring the client's dietary needs are met.
Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
Safety: Ensure the client's home is free from hazards, and promptly address any safety concerns.
Transportation: Provide transportation for medical appointments, errands, and outings as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including medication administration, daily activities, and any changes in the client's condition.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required.

Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences.
