LaShanda Kearney

LaShanda Kearney is the Founder & CEO of Extended Hands Home Care Agency. She is certified as a CMA, HHA, CALA, CDP, CMDCP, CDCM, CADDCT.

LaShanda’s healthcare journey started at the age of 16 with volunteer work where she assisted with dining services at a hospital.

At the age of 18, LaShanda became a CNA and gave care to seniors at local nursing homes. Through this work, LaShanda found her love for the healthcare field and her love for senior care.

LaShanda comes from a family of healthcare workers, which only reinforced her commitment and dedication to the field.

LaShanda strives to spread love, compassion, and respect to seniors in need and is proud to operate a Home Care Agency whose mission and core values reflect her own.
