Job Overview: As a Recruiter at Extended Hands Home Care Agency, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting highly qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. Your expertise in candidate assessment, relationship building, and effective communication will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Develop and execute creative and effective recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team and hiring managers.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

  • At least ONE year of experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

  • Professional certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
